Spur, helical, double helical, bevel; ring gears, gear shafts, split and segment gears. Diameters up to 2300 mm (90,55 inches), shafts up to 2400 mm (94,49 inches). Top accuracy (ISO 4 / AGMA 14) via in‑house heat treatment and state‑of‑the‑art gear grinding. (Shaving available for less critical applications.)

Turbo pinions with polygon, Hirth or Curvic couplings

We provide complete Polygon couplings enable backlash‑free torque transmission with high concentricity. Hirth and Curvic couplings provide precise self‑centering, high torque capacity and repeatable positioning for demanding applications.solutions under one roof:

One‑piece and assembled pinions

One‑piece pinions offer high stiffness, accurate running and shorter lead times by eliminating assembly. Assembled pinions deliver the same high quality and performance, with added flexibility in design and material selection.
