At IGW and in the BMT Group, we take great pride in our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive work environment for all our employees and stakeholders. We believe that every individual has the right to feel valued, respected, and heard, regardless of their position or status. Therefore, we view our Code of Conduct as an important instrument that showcases the DNA we strive to find across all BMT Group divisions.
Of course, we are aware that no organization or community is perfect and malpractice or inappropriate behavior is always possible. We strive to adhere to our code of conduct to the best of our ability, which is why we aim to stay vigilant about any instances of malpractice. If you were the victim of or if you witnessed a case of misconduct, we encourage you to contact someone in the organization to address the issue. Speaking up about sensitive issues can be difficult or uncomfortable, therefore we have created an anonymous complaint platform, where our employees and third parties can raise concerns or report incidents that violate our Code of Conduct.
Your identity will remain protected throughout the entire process, and your complaint will be handled with utmost care and attention.
