Enhancing Skills and Collaboration: IGW India’s Training Program

At IGW India, we believe in continuous learning and development to drive operational excellence. In collaboration with the Unique Skills Development Center, we introduced a specialized diploma training program designed exclusively for IGW. This initiative enhances employee skills and productivity through a balanced mix of theoretical and hands-on training.

Program Overview

Employees dedicate six hours per week to intensive sessions, combining classroom learning with practical application. Each semester concludes with assessments to evaluate their understanding and proficiency. With the successful completion of its second edition, the program continues to strengthen our workforce’s capabilities.

A Growing Impact

In this edition, 79 employees successfully completed a total of 288 hours of training, reflecting significant progress in skill development. Beyond technical expertise, this program cultivates a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and teamwork. We are proud to announce that all 79 students completed the course with flying colors!
