Family visit Pune factory

“When can we visit again?” This is only one of the reactions that came out of the family visit in our plant in Pune. Everybody knows how curious family can be about your work place. Therefore, it became tradition within our company to organize family days. A day where husbands, wives, children and many others can discover where their beloved ones are going every day.
The families received a personal welcome from the plant manager together with an introduction form the operation manager and HR manager. Before going on the shop floor, they received some safety instructions. After the shop floor visit they did not leave empty handed. Some refreshments where foreseen together with some small presents. It was so satisfying to see all these happy faces, looking forward to the next visit!
